Hochleistungsheizpatronen

Hochleistungsheizpatronen zeichnen sich durch ihre hohe Verdichtung und damit besonders effiziente Wärmeabgabe aus. Deshalb produzieren wir sie ausschließlich mit einer geschliffenen Oberfläche für eine Bohrung mit H7 Toleranzfeld. Der Heizleiter wird wie auf dem Foto dargestellt auf einen keramischen Wickelkörper gespult. Anschließend wird der Zwischenraum zum Patronenmantel mit MgO verfüllt. Zum Abschluss wird die Patrone umlaufend reduziert und damit verdichtet. Der Vorteil dieses Aufbaus liegt in der geringen Distanz des Heizleiters zum Mantel und der daraus resultierenden sehr guten Wärmeübertragung sowie einem sehr guten Regelverhalten.

Typ I
Die elektrische Kontaktierung erfolgt "im Inneren" der Heizpatrone (max. Leitungslänge unverlängert 1000 mm bis Ø 8 mm) Vorteil: flexibler Abgangsbereich

Typ N
Die Normale elektrische Kontaktierung erfolgt außerhalb der Heizpatrone und liegt geschützt im Silikon imprägnierten Glasseidenschlauch Vorteil: kostengünstige Herstellung, frei wählbare Leitungslänge

Vorteil: Verbindungsstelle liegt geschützt vor Biegebeanspruchung in einer Keramikendkappe, aus Lagerpatronen herstellbar, frei wählbare Leitungslänge
